pregnancy or birth control pill side effects?
i had sex on feburary 23rd with a condom as protection while i was still on my period.
i started birth control pills on the next sunday (the 1st of march).
since the 3rd of march, my breasts have gotten larger and were sore for a day but, aren’t anymore. i’ve been feeling bloated and i’ve been having slight lower abdomen cramps since around the 5th of march.
could i be pregnant? i’m due for my period in 4 days and i think i just had some spotting today.
i’ve had these bloating and cramp symptoms for about two weeks, mostly without cessation. there has only been like, two days that i haven’t had those symptoms.
everything else is completely normal, though. besides the possible spotting that i had today.
(maybe due to my period coming soon and my body not being adjusted to the pill?)

Breast tenderness and bloating are symptoms of a period coming as well.
If you miss it, take a pregnancy test. Some tests you can take a few days before your missed period.

yes it is side effects of the birth control pills and i wouldt be surprised if you missed your period, but if you do take a HPT just to be on the safe side.
